Preparing for the course:
While it isn't necessary to come to class with any prior understanding of Thai, those of you who might like to know more before coming to class or can't wait for class to start before gaining some knowledge, feel free to browse youtube for some videos or simply do a google search for thai massage and follow wherever that leads you!
Even if what you discover isn't what we teach, or even what we agree with, it never hurts to come armed with questions!
WHAT should you bring?
You should either bring or wear comfortable clothing (yoga clothes; sweat-pants and t-shirt; etc).
A light lunch. We will take 1 hour for lunch and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby but some people prefer to bring their own.
